Ingredients
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into cubes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbs McCormick® Paprika
1 1/2 tsp McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1 tsp McCormick® Ground Cumin
1 tsp McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can of Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup Kitchen Basics® Original Chicken Stock
1 cup frozen corn
Directions

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Add paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic powder and red pepper; mix well.

 

2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes.
